Support is defined as (a) the act of bearing the weight of or strengthening, (b) aiding the cause or policy or interests of.  

We understand that making the decision to switch suppliers can be a bit of a challenge.  We view our support policies in two manners.

1. We know that by asking you to evaluate and subsequently use our products that we must be able to bear the weight, or respobsibility, of our promise to deliver the finest products available to the life science industry. We ensure this by always striving to understand each customers processes we can help strengthen their decision to utilize the scigenix brand.
2. We promise to aid and support the individuals and companies that make the decision to switch to scigenix. We will act in a manner that ensures we have their best interest in mind.
